The consultation with our nurse-stomatotherapist will take place via video call at a time and day that suits you. It will last approximately 45 minutes.
She will contact you within 48 working hours after you have reported all your details and will always give you a personalised report at the end of the session together with the video session if you wish.
Thanks to the attention of a specialised nurse you will avoid possible complications such as infections, skin irritations, hernias, prolapses and you will improve your quality of life significantly.

What happens after the consultation?
You will receive a report with a summary of everything you have discussed and the care and management of the stoma. Always have it at hand and answer your questions!
How long does the consultation last?
The consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes and will take place via video call. You will schedule it with our nurse on the day and time that suits you best.
After the first visit, is it necessary to have more?
It is not compulsory, but it is advisable to make sure you follow the right guidelines, resolve any doubts and have a personalised follow-up.
If I have any doubts afterwards, will I have direct contact with the stomatotherapist?
You will always have the option of booking a new consultation through our website.
