Does it have any side effects or interact with other medications?
Lit-Control® food supplements are made from plant extracts and natural non-animal ingredients. They do not contain lactose. No side effects or interactions with medications have been reported.
Can I dissolve the capsules?
Yes, preferably in juice, water, or yogurt. Open the capsule and disperse its contents into the liquid.
Can I take it while pregnant?
Our products have a high safety profile; however, no clinical studies have been conducted in pregnant women. If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor.
Can I take it if I have diabetes?
Yes, Lit-Control® products are sugar-free. In addition, studies show that phytate may reduce complications associated with type 2 diabetes.
Can I take it if I have kidney failure?
Yes, the amount of potassium and magnesium in Lit-Control® products is very low and is safe for patients with CKD (chronic kidney disease).
Why is it important to reduce urinary pH?
If crystals are present in the urine and urinary pH is above 6.2, conditions are favorable for the formation of infection-related stones, calcium phosphate stones, or calcium oxalate stones induced by calcium phosphate.
