Citrafitina® combines two functional ingredients with proven efficacy in urinary health: potassium citrate and phytate.

Potassium citrate is a very safe active ingredient widely used in urology, recommended by the Clinical Guidelines of the European Association of Urology.
Its main function is to alkalize urine, that is, to raise its pH. This helps alleviate urinary symptoms such as pain, stinging, and urgency to urinate, which can appear due to different causes, such as:

  • Bladder or urethral irritation.
  • Presence of kidney or bladder stones.
  • Prostatic disorders.
  • Effects of certain acidic foods or drinks.
  • Urinary infections when present.
