2. Complete a short online questionnaire:
Together with your confirmation email, we’ll send you a form that takes less than a minute to fill out. It helps us provide a report better tailored to your situation.
If your urologist has given you a code, you can enter it here.
3. Receive your collection kit at home within 24–72 hours:
The kit includes a secure container and a shipping envelope.
Important: Samples must be sent dry (without urine, blood, formalin, or other liquids) to meet requirements.
4. Prepare the shipment easily:
Place the stone in the container and call us at +34 664264374. We’ll take care of the pickup and shipment to the laboratory.
5. Receive your personalized report and recommendations:
Within a maximum of 10 business days, you’ll receive by email the complete analysis of your stone along with advice to help prevent future stones.

What if I have manipulated the calculation and contaminated it? 
It is important that you send the kidney stone as clean as possible (you can clean it with water if necessary). Remember to dry it before putting it in the plastic container.
I have a very small fragment, will it work?
We can analyse any fragment, we have very advanced technical equipment.
Can I enter more than one fragment?
You can put as many fragments as you can fit in the canister.
What happens if the results of the analysis are not interpreted?
You can always consult with our customer service department by sending an email to info@devicare.com or by calling +34 664 264 374. You can also take this analysis to your referring doctor so that he/she can explain it to you.
