Phytin prevents the formation and growth of all calcium kidney stones. Magnesium acts in synergy with phytate to inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate stones. Polyphenols limit oxidative stress, one of the causes of stone formation.

Take 1 capsule of Lit-Control pH Up twice a day with a glass of water during breakfast and dinner. Contact your doctor if you need to adjust the dose.
It is recommended to continue taking the product for at least 6 months after you have had renal colic or until your next visit with your doctor.
What is urinary pH?
Urinary pH is an indicator of acidity or alkalinity of urine and provides information about the general state of health of our body. The average pH value is around 6.2. However, due to its oscillating behavior, it can range from 4.5 to 8, depending largely on diet, waste products, metabolic disturbances, and other causes.
Does it have side effects or interact with other medications?
Lit-Control food supplements are made from plant extracts and natural non-animal components. They do not contain lactose.

Can I dissolve the capsules?
Yes, preferably in juice, water or yogurt. The capsule should be opened and the contents dispersed in the liquid.
